What Astoria Does

Astoria may collect, process, sell, license, disclose, transfer, route, post, ping, or otherwise make available personal information in connection with lead generation, call routing, pay-per-call, B2B lead sales, B2C inquiry sites, SaaS products, and related commercial activities. Depending on the transaction, Astoria may act as a business/controller, lead generator, marketplace operator, and/or data broker.

Data Broker and Lead Generation Activities

Astoria may act as a data broker or similar entity under certain state laws when it collects, processes, sells, licenses, discloses, transfers, or otherwise makes available personal information that it did not collect directly from the individual, or when it operates lead generation or data routing activities covered by applicable data broker laws.

California Residents and DROP

California residents may have additional rights through California's Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform, known as DROP, for registered data brokers. Beginning August 1, 2026, California data brokers are required to process qualifying DROP deletion requests according to California law. Astoria will maintain procedures intended to support applicable DROP obligations where Astoria is required to participate.

Vermont

Astoria is registered as a data broker with the Vermont Secretary of State.

Oregon

Astoria is registered with the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services.

Depending on the website, service, consent language, and transaction, Astoria may disclose, sell, share, transfer, license, or otherwise make available personal information to partners, buyers, service providers, compliance vendors, and other recipients described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Privacy Choices

How to Submit a Request

You do not need an account to submit a privacy request. Use the forms below or email privacy@astoriacompany.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Authorized Agents

Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California and other state residents where permitted by law. Use the Authorized Agent Request form and provide proof of authorization. Astoria may contact the consumer directly to verify authorization where permitted or required.

Appeals

If your privacy request was denied or only partially fulfilled, you may submit an appeal where applicable state law provides an appeal right using our Privacy Appeal form.

Retention and Suppression

Even after a deletion request, Astoria may retain limited information when permitted or required by law, such as suppression records, do-not-contact records, opt-out records, consent records, legal defense records, fraud prevention records, billing records, security records, and records necessary to comply with legal obligations or prevent future processing of deleted data.

Third-Party Opt-Out Clarification

Astoria cannot control independent third parties who may already have received your information. Astoria will process Astoria-level opt-outs, deletions, and suppression requests as required by applicable law.
